Northstar's 24 townhomes sit among the pines on Northstar Drive in West Keystone, just outside Mountain House Village. Each has its own garage, and the pool and hot tub are shared with Soda Springs Townhomes next door.

Axiom manages the Northstar association. Across the buildings we manage, our crews work to 14,000+ scheduled building checks a year, with 24/7 emergency maintenance.
We know its systems and history before your first guest arrives. Rentals have their own dedicated team, separate from the staff who look after the association.
Keyless arrival
Keyless arrival is live at Telemark Lodge at Copper Mountain. Ask us about bringing it to Northstar.

Just outside Mountain House Village, near the Peru and Discovery lifts.
Our fee
18% of rental revenue. Cleaning, laundry, and linens are charged separately and itemized in your written proposal.
